Kelvin Moore is running for re-election to the West Valley Water District Board (Division 3). He currently serves as Board President (2025–2026) and has represented Division 3 since February 2022, including residents in Rialto. Kelvin brings real operations leadership as Director of Environmental Services at Kaiser Permanente, focused on accountability, service reliability, and results. He’s committed to protecting water quality, strengthening infrastructure, keeping rates responsible, and making District decisions transparent and easy for the public to follow.
